Website migration is included, free, with the Linux and Windows shared hosting plans, and on the reseller plans, which cover the move of one existing website.
Anything bigger — several sites at once, a move between servers, or a setup that will not fit a shared plan — we scope with you first. We do not publish a price for those, so ask and we will tell you what the move involves before you order anything. For a dedicated server, our staff draw up a migration plan with you before the move starts.
One term worth knowing before you order: the 30-day money-back guarantee on hosting, which covers credit-card payments only, is void if free account migration was provided in that period. The cancellation policy has the full conditions.

Where the site lives now
The current host, and what the site runs on — WordPress or another CMS, a custom application, a static site, or an ASP.NET application on Windows.
A way in, or a backup
A login for your current control panel, or a full backup containing the files, the databases and the mailboxes. Either works.
The list of what has to move
Every domain and subdomain involved, and the email addresses that go with them, so nothing is left behind on the old server.
Access to the domain's DNS
Wherever the nameservers are set today, usually your registrar. You make the final switch yourself, once you are happy with the copy.
The plan it is moving to
The Hostinium plan the site will run on. If you have not ordered yet, tell us the setup first and we will say which plan it needs.
